Dr Milne’s clinical interests include surgery of stress incontinence, utero-vaginal prolapse, recurrent prolapse and vaginal hysterectomy.
Dr Milne’s surgical practice involves treatment of stress urinary incontinence by TVT procedure. He treats uterine and vaginal prolapse, both primary and recurrent. He also has a general gynaecological practice including the management of menorrhagia.
Research interests
Surgery of vaginal vault defects.
