Our patient administrators recognise that your well being is our ultimate concern. They want you to feel relaxed and confident and comfortable in a new medical environment. They will be expecting your arrival and will know who your first appointment is with. If you are to go for a scan Liz or one of our imaging team will take you into our Imaging Hub where you will change and prepare for your scan.

Above all we will try and make your first visit to the unfamiliar environment a friendly and comfortable one with little things like a cup of coffee or tea served whilst you wait in our friendly reception areas.
