About us

Welcome to The Edinburgh Clinic

The Edinburgh Clinic was set up in 2008 and offers fast access to outpatient appointments, diagnostic services and day surgery. We are located close to the heart of Scotland’s capital and within easy reach of the city centre.

Our aim is to provide first-class independent healthcare for the local community. Patients have described The Edinburgh Clinic as ‘the hospital that feels like home’. The clinic is situated in a beautiful Victorian building, which was once a grand family house. We have kept the stunning architecture and welcoming atmosphere, but installed the latest medical equipment.

Since 2011, The Edinburgh Clinic has been part of the Aspen Healthcare Group. They manage eight hospitals and clinics in the UK. This ensures that there is continuous investment in our equipment, facilities, staff and training.

We welcome patients who have private medical insurance or choose to pay for their own treatment. The Edinburgh Clinic also provides some specialist services to NHS patients.

‘From the moment I stepped through the door, all the staff could not have been more helpful or kinder.
