Dr Patrica Graham is chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), a status that is awarded in recognition of several years’ experience and contribution to the field of Psychology. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist.
Dr Patricia Graham has over 23 years of experience working in the field of Adult Mental Health in the NHS in Scotland and is currently a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She is a trainer, supervisor and practitioner in different specific evidenced based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) specifically designed for those who experience chronic Depression. She is also as a trainer, supervisor and practitioner in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trained to advanced level in EMDR (specifically for PTSD).
She is an honorary lecturer at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Dr Graham has many years’ experience in treating people with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. She has been a therapist on several Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) in CBT, CBASP and IPT and currently is a psychological therapist as part of a large multi-site Randomised Controlled Trial for PTSD in the UK.
