We are proud to present our Quality Account Report for 2017/18. Our commitment to quality is evidenced by our high quality performance and aspiration to continually improve the outcomes and experience for our patients.
This Quality Account covers the reported year 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017. All NHS/Healthcare providers in England have been required to produce an annual Quality Account since 2010. This is
not a requirement for Healthcare providers in Scotland however, The Edinburgh Clinic is keen to share this information with key service users, patients and their families giving valid information about the current quality of our services and our plans to improve even further.
Every healthcare professional must be open and honest with patients when something that goes wrong with their treatment or care causes, or has the potential to cause, harm or distress. Services must tell the patient, apologise, offer appropriate remedy or support and fully explain the effects to the patient. View our Duty of Candour Report 2019.
