At The Edinburgh Clinic we ask all our patients to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey which helps us monitor how we are doing, what we could do better, or what things we're doing that we need to do more of.  This feedback informs the continued development and improvement of our services.

The results of our latest Patient Satisfaction Survey (March 2018) are:

  • 100% of patients rated our overall service as 'very good' or 'excellent'
  • 100% of patients said they are 'likely' or 'extremely likely' to recommend the hospital outpatient service to friends or family
  • 100% of patients said the cleanliness of the clinic was 'Excellent' or 'Very Good'
  • 96% of patients were seen on time or early
