What our patients say

At The Edinburgh Clinic we ask all our patients to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey which helps us monitor how we are doing, what we could do better, or what things we’re doing that we need to do more of.  This feedback informs the continued development and improvement of our services.

The results of our latest Patient Satisfaction Survey (September 2018) are:

  • 98% of patients rated our overall service as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’
  • 98% of patients said they are ‘likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to recommend the hospital outpatient service to friends or family
  • 100% of patients said the cleanliness of the clinic was ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’
  • 90% of patients were seen on time or early

A VERY WARM BUT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FROM ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF. FROM RECEPTIONIST TO SURGEON. GOOD, CLEAN FACILITIES. NURSING STAFF MADE YOU FEEL AT EASE AND PROVIDED SUPPORT.

DURING MAY TO JULY 2018 I ATTENDED THE CLINIC ON 3 OCCASIONS, IN EVERY CASE I FOUND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF ALL THE STAFF OUTSTANDING, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

FROM MY INITIAL CONSULTATION TO BEING DISCHARGED I FOUND ALL STAFF VERY SUPPORTIVE, LOVELY AND CARING. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL CARE I RECEIVED.

ALL THE STAFF WERE SO KIND, CONSIDERATE AND RESPECTFUL. THERE WAS A LOVELY ATMOSPHERE IN THE CLINIC.

SERVICE TO DATE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. VERY REASSURING INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH A HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE NURSE FOLLOWED BY PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSION WITH CONSULTANT. ON DAY OF SURGERY, A HELPFUL, SUPPORTIVE TEAM WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, WHO WAS REASSURING AND CALMING. CANNOT FAULT CARE OR SERVICE.
