The increasing trend for employers to offer Private Health Insurance (PHI) as an integral part of an employee’s benefits package therefore comes as a welcome recognition of the value to the business of safeguarding the health and wellbeing of its workforce. Not only does this valuable benefit promote staff loyalty, it enhances productivity by reducing time off sick.
