Private healthcare is all about choice – the choice to put your health and wellbeing first by making sure you can always rely on getting the specialist medical attention or surgical treatment you need, when you need it.
But why choose The Edinburgh Clinic? As you’ll see from the services section of this website, you can take your pick from an extensive range of treatments and diagnostic services from pregnancy scanning and general health screening to specialities such as laser eye treatments, sports injuries and cosmetic surgery (to name but a few!).
You can also have complete confidence in the experience and expertise of our team of specialist consultants, backed up by immediate on-site access to some of today’s most advanced medical technologies – for example, we are the only independent provider of private healthcare in Scotland to offer on-site DXA scanning.
As well as being recognised for the quality of our services by all major health insurers, we are committed to bringing the benefits of private healthcare to the wider community by making access to our services affordable for all. Take a look at our guide prices to see for yourself just how competitive on price we are.
Most of all, however, what really sets The Edinburgh Clinic apart is the personal touch. From the moment you walk through our doors and start experiencing the unique ambience of our elegant surroundings, we’ll do everything we can to ease away any perfectly natural emotions of stress or anxiety by making you feel right at home with a level of exemplary customer service we believe to be truly second-to-none. And as we wouldn’t want you to simply take our word for it, see what our patients say.
The Edinburgh Clinic is a member of the trade association for independent hospitals, AIHO (the Association of Independent Healthcare Association). AIHO represents over 200 hospitals that provide services to insured, self-paying and NHS-funded patients. AIHO works with the Care Quality Commission to influence, impact and represent the high standard of quality care members provide patients within an independent healthcare setting.
